Join the  SD Walking Club!

Group exercise is a great way to stay safe, accountability, motivation and meet new friends.

Price:

$6.00 a month. Minimum 8 walks a month.

SD Walking Club

    • We meet at night during the week, and morning on the weekends.
    • We walk a minimum of 8 walks a month.
    • Most walks are 1-hour. We do two 10,000 step walks on designated weekends. The group pace is 20-minute miles for optimal cardio workout.
    • Each walk ends with important stretching to increase flexibility and reduce soreness.
    • The club promotes the many benefits of walking as discussed by the Mayo Clinic

    • Each walker gets a face mask, sanitizer, water bottle, and flashlight. One item per month they are part of the club. While supplies last.
