This recipe is tasty with a wide variety of fruit. You can add fresh strawberries, bananas, mango, and blueberries. You can also make it vegan by using soy yogurt, maple syrup instead of honey, and flour tortillas instead of wonton wrappers.

Ingredients

  • 8 wonton wrappers, cut in half diagonally
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon + more for topping
  • 1 1/3 cups plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of fruit
  • 4 tsp honey

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Arrange wonton wrappers in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray; lightly coat wrappers with cooking spray. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle sugar mixture evenly over wrappers; bake for 3 minutes or until crisp and slightly brown. Set the wrappers aside to cool slightly.
  • Layer 1/3 cup of yogurt, 1/4 cup fruit, and 1 tsp of honey into each of 4 bowls or favorite glass. Sprinkle each with a pinch of cinnamon. Serve each with 4 wonton crisps.
