Todd’s Fresh Granola 

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups uncooked oats
  • 1 Cup chopped almonds, pistachios, pecans or any combination of your favorite nuts
  • 1 Cup of dried fruits, or combination of your favorite dried fruits. (pineapple, apricot, cranberries, raisins, etc.)
  • 1 TBSP of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of pure maple syrup
  • 1 TBSP of cinnamon
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 1/3 cup of packed brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 325 degrees
  2. Spray a medium size baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. We separated all the ingredients into different bowls. Mix the ingredients together into a larger bowl.
  4. Place mixture onto the medium size baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 – 45 minutes. Stir the cereal mixture halfway through cooking time
  6. Allow to cool completely on baking sheets.
  7. Store in airtight containers
  8. Makes 6 cups of cereal
