Todd’s Fresh Granola 
Ingredients
- 3 Cups uncooked oats
- 1 Cup chopped almonds, pistachios, pecans or any combination of your favorite nuts
- 1 Cup of dried fruits, or combination of your favorite dried fruits. (pineapple, apricot, cranberries, raisins, etc.)
- 1 TBSP of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of pure maple syrup
- 1 TBSP of cinnamon
- ½ tsp of salt
- 1/3 cup of packed brown sugar
Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 325 degrees
- Spray a medium size baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- We separated all the ingredients into different bowls. Mix the ingredients together into a larger bowl.
- Place mixture onto the medium size baking sheet.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 35 – 45 minutes. Stir the cereal mixture halfway through cooking time
- Allow to cool completely on baking sheets.
- Store in airtight containers
- Makes 6 cups of cereal
